- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and sour cream.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir in the fruits.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
