- 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces

Directions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Rinse the chicken pieces with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
