Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a food processor, blend together the chickpeas, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, eggs, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased cupcake tin.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool before serving.
