Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the burgers are cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and condiments.
