Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, oil, and warm water.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in sesame seeds.
  6. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Place dough on a greased baking sheet and shape into a round loaf.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
