Crunchy Air-Fried Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a medium bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until they are broken up and crumbly.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the bread crumbs and melted butter. Mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Stuff the egg whites with the yolk mixture. You can either use a spoon or a pastry bag to do this.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Place the stuffed egg whites in the basket of the air fryer. Air fry for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
