Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces thin rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
- Add the noodles and sesame oil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the green onions.
- Serve the shrimp and noodles in individual bowls.
