Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.
Let cool completely before serving.
