- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions
- Cut the chicken into thin strips and place them in a shallow dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, liquid smoke, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Pour the marinade over the chicken strips and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover the dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, flipping the strips halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
