Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and place them in a shallow dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, liquid smoke, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken strips and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  5. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Arrange the chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, flipping the strips halfway through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
