Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
- Using a hand mixer, mix until completely combined.
- Using a teaspoon, scoop out the peanut butter mixture and shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place the peanut butter balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
