- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and vegetable oil. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
