Ingredients
- 1 brioche bun
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice the brioche bun in half and place on a baking sheet.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Place avocado on the brioche bun.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add any desired toppings.
