- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coconut, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
