Ingredients
1 cup sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coconut, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
In a small bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to the coconut mixture and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Allow to cool before serving.
