Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add applesauce and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Stir in raisins and cranberries.
  8. Serve with yogurt, milk, or your favorite nut milk.
