Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Shape the mixture into about 20 meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the meatballs with the glaze, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
