Ingredients
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

4 large flour tortillas
Shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the beans, rice, salsa, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, and cumin.
Place a tortilla on a plate and spoon 1/4 of the bean mixture into the center of the tortilla.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up the tortilla to form a burrito.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Place the burritos on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheese (optional).
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, or until the burritos are heated through and the cheese is melted.
