Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1 ½ cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
- Mix well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve cold.
