Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a blender, combine the avocado, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and let sit for 10 minutes to soften.
- Scoop out into a bowl and enjoy!
