Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red onions, scallions, and almonds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
