Ingredients

2 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, and salt and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, chiles, and beef broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Add the beans and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve with warm tortillas.
