Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, oatmeal, carrots, onion, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into 12 muffin tins, pressing the mixture down evenly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until muffins are cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
