Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of chopped olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the olives, parsley, salt, and pepper and blend until combined.
  3. Line a terrine or loaf pan with plastic wrap and pour in the tuna mixture.
  4. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
