Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, cut into 4 equal parts
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices salami
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and top each one with a slice of cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  4. Remove from oven and top each slice with a slice of ham, salami, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, black olives, artichoke hearts, red onion, tomatoes, and cucumber.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the oil mixture over the sandwiches.
  7. Serve immediately.
