Ingredients
1/2 block extra-firm tofu (drained and pressed)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons coconut oil
6-8 slices gluten-free bread
Directions
