Ingredients
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and washed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Dill Vinaigrette:

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread green beans onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Meanwhile, make the dill vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dill, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.
When green beans are done roasting, transfer to a serving bowl. Pour dill vinaigrette over green beans and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
