Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the ground beef and cook until it is no longer pink. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
Add the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the beef back into the pot.
Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil. Stir to combine.
Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 20 minutes. Allow for 10 minutes of natural pressure release.
Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary. Serve over cooked pasta.
