1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Paprika

Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the parsley, spinach, and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the vinegar and red pepper flakes and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
