Ingredients

- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
- Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
