Ingredients
1 block of extra-firm tofu
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Drain and press the tofu for at least 15 minutes. Cut it into cubes.
In a bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed tofu and mix to coat.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and fry until golden and crispy, about 8 minutes.
Add the sesame seeds and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring to make sure the tofu is evenly coated with the sesame seeds.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
