Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the cabbage evenly.
  3. Grill the cabbage wedges for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and lightly charred.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
  5. Serve the grilled cabbage wedges with the balsamic honey sauce.
