Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the oil and water and mix until a dough is formed.
  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, until it is about 1/8 of an inch thick.
