Ingredients
1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Spread the green beans on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
In a small bowl, combine the toasted slivered almonds, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
When the green beans are done roasting, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the beans and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
