Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the toasted slivered almonds, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. When the green beans are done roasting, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the beans and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
