Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- In a small bowl, combine the toasted slivered almonds, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- When the green beans are done roasting, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the beans and toss to coat.
