Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8-inch round cake pan with butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Using a hand mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until fully incorporated. Add vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
Add dry ingredients and Greek yogurt to the wet ingredients and beat until fully combined.
In a small bowl, combine walnuts, brown sugar, and ground coffee. Stir to combine.
Spread half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle with the walnut mixture. Top with remaining batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
