1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper, and salt.
Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles on a work surface.
Place about 1/3 cup of the spinach mixture onto each noodle.
Roll up the noodles and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour the marinara sauce over the lasagna rolls.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until heated through.
