Dirty Banana

Ingredients

• 3 ounces of banana liqueur
• 1 ounce of vodka
• 1/2 ounce of cream of coconut
• 1/2 ounce of heavy cream
• 1 ripe banana, chopped
• Ice cubes

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the banana liqueur, vodka, cream of coconut and heavy cream.
2. Add the chopped banana and blend until smooth.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the top.
4. Stir to combine and serve.

• The Dirty Banana was created in 2004 by mixologist Salvatore Calabrese.
• Banana liqueur was invented in the 1930's by the French company, Marie Brizard.
• Cream of coconut is a thick, sweet syrup made from coconut milk, sugar, and other flavorings.
