Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix together until all of the beef cubes are evenly coated.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Remove the beef from the refrigerator and spread it out on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cilantro before serving.
