In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, jalapenos, red onion, taco seasoning, avocados, and cheddar cheese until combined.
Lay out one egg roll wrapper. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center. Fold up the bottom corner of the wrapper, tucking it under the filling. Fold in the left and right corners of the wrapper, and then roll up the wrapper, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat a few inches of oil in a deep pot to 350°F. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
