- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour soy sauce mixture over. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
