Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in basil and cook for 1 minute more.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and bread crumbs over the top.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
