Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in basil and cook for 1 minute more.
- Remove from heat and transfer mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and bread crumbs over the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
