Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in basil and cook for 1 minute more.
Remove from heat and transfer mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and bread crumbs over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
