Ingredients
1 package of puff pastry
2 apples, peeled and diced
1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of melted butter
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it onto a greased baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine the apples, sugar, and cinnamon and mix until combined.
Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border all around.
Fold the edges of the pastry up and over the filling, forming a strudel shape.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, and honey and brush the mixture over the top of the strudel.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
