Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the bourbon, apple cider, honey, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the pork chops to the dish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Brush the pork chops with the remaining marinade and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
