- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a shallow dish, combine the bourbon, apple cider, honey, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the pork chops to the dish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Brush the pork chops with the remaining marinade and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
