Ingredients

  • 2 cups mochiko (sweet rice flour)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
