Ingredients
500 grams all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons instant yeast
200 milliliters warm milk
50 milliliters vegetable oil
50 grams sugar

Directions
Mix the flour, yeast, warm milk, oil, sugar, and salt in a large bowl until it forms a smooth dough.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Mix the poppy seeds and diced apples together in a small bowl.

Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
