Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
