Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the muffin mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, butter, sour cream and shredded cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
