Ingredients

  • 1 pound whole wheat pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, feta cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss everything together until combined.
  5. Serve warm.
