Ingredients
- 1 pound whole wheat pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, feta cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss everything together until combined.
- Serve warm.
