Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another shallow dish, beat eggs.
  5. In a third shallow dish, combine panko bread crumbs.
  6. Dip chicken strips in flour mixture, then in eggs, and lastly in bread crumbs.
  7. Place chicken strips on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine hot pepper sauce and melted butter.
  10. Remove chicken from oven, and brush with butter mixture.
  11. Return chicken to oven, and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
