Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 quart of chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup of marshmallow fluff
- 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs, for topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow the crust to cool completely.
- Spread the softened ice cream in the cooled crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread the marshmallow fluff over the top of the ice cream.
- Sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
