Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Salmon or other fish
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes, until the onion is softened.
- Add the tomatoes, coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the fish to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping the fish once halfway through.
- Serve the fish with the sauce and enjoy!
