Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Salmon or other fish
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes, until the onion is softened.
  2. Add the tomatoes, coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the fish to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping the fish once halfway through.
  4. Serve the fish with the sauce and enjoy!
