Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, oil, water, and salt.
Add the flour and mix until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
